Problem Note 46519: "ERROR 307-185: The data set name cannot have more than 32 characters" message when running %ECM_REPORTING_DRIVER with SAS® Enterprise Case Management

When you run the %ECM_REPORTING_DRIVER macro with SAS Enterprise Case Management, the macro might not successfully create and populate all of the report mart data sets. The following error message appears in the SAS log:
ERROR 307-185: The data set name cannot have more than 32 characters
This problem happens when one or more of your user-defined-field tables has a value for the column UDF_TABLE_NM that is longer than 27 characters.
To work around this problem, modify all of your UDF_TABLE_NM values to make the length of the values between 3 and 27 characters. Run the %ECM_REPORTING_DRIVER macro again.
